The strategy is built on a diversified audience and a diversified revenue base rather than a single attendance assumption. Local families and membership drive repeat visitation, schools create weekday attendance through field trips, and tourism expands reach — supported by planned exhibit renewal, rolling capital and technology replacement planning, expanded programming, corporate partnerships, philanthropy and access funding. Sustainability is deliberately structured so the institution does not require every projection to go exactly according to plan.

I AM Children's Museum is being developed with a long-term vision that extends well beyond opening day. The goal is to establish a financially sustainable, continually evolving children's museum that serves Central Florida families, schools and visitors for generations. The first ten years of operation will focus on building strong attendance, developing dependable revenue, investing in exhibits and facilities, expanding educational impact and establishing I AM as an important part of Central Florida's family tourism and cultural landscape.
